After graduating in Theoretical Philosophy from the University of Turin, he worked at Fiat Group, IVI/PPG, Gruppo La Rinascente and New Holland as executive of their HR departments in Italy and abroad.
He then joined Telecom Italia as SVP Human Resources, and subsequently moved to Tiscali as Executive Vice President Worldwide and Managing Director of Tiscali Italia.
In 2003 he was appointed CEO and Managing Director of ANSA, the leading Italian press agency. In 2008 he was appointed Chairman and CEO at Tiscali, resolving their financial issues with the sale of Tiscali UK to Carphone Warehouse and debt restructuring.
He is currently Institutional Affairs Director at Almaviva and also works as a consultant in the field of business development with focus on the digital industry.
