From 1999 to 2005 he worked as an associate for Tonucci & Partners in Italy, the US and various Eastern European countries in the field of corporate and commercial law, Internet and new technologies and worked on large privatizations of state companies in Italy and abroad in the telecommunications sector, assisting governments and international organizations such as the World Bank, European Commission, United Nations, International Finance Corporation and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
He was the senior legal at Fendi (LVMH Group) in the field of company contracts and industrial law both in Rome and abroad. He is a member of the scientific committee of the National Data Protection Association, co-founder of the Bitcoin Sardinia association and the “Copernicani” political association, a member of the Oracle Community for Security and of the Europrivacy network and a partner of the “Coinlex” network operating in the cryptocurrency and so-called Distributed Ledger Technologies.
He assists numerous Innovative Startups in Italy and abroad, as well as working with certified incubators and venture capitals. He has also gained solid experience in the “Fintech” sector assisting managers of payment accounts and financial institutions also in light of the new PSD2 directive. He is the author of various publications and lectures on the responsibility of internet intermediaries, privacy and possible Blockchain applications.
